Online Open Mathematics Forum is a new initiative of the MTTS Trust.
In our country, there are many mathematicians with high levels of expertise in diverse areas. The idea of the forum is to have a
mathematician giving an exposition in the area of his/her expertise, to the participants for about 60 minutes, and then have a discussion at the end.
The forum will be an ideal way of exposing talented students in our country to higher aspects of mathematics. This is expected to attract a large number of students, prepare and entice them for further studies and research in the area of the exposition. We also expect to them to build a critical mass of scholarship in more areas in the long run.
