Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme

Academic programme

Three fundamental courses in Mathematics will be taught by highly experienced faculty in MTTS teaching methodology.
The aim of the instruction is not to give routine lectures but to stimulate the participants to think and discover mathematical results on their own.

Eligibility

Second year undergraduate students with Mathematics as one of their main subjects. Students from the Maharashtra and neighboring states will be given preference.

The selection will be on merit, based on consistent and good academic records and recommendation by a mathematics teacher.

Application Procedure

• While the students report at the programme venue, they should bring a bonafide certificate from their institute and undertaking form signed by the student and parent in the format available at the page http://mtts.org.in/downloads
• The selection list will be available at this page.
• Sleeper class train fare or state bus fare will be paid to the selected non local students. No hostel facilities will be provided. selected non local students will have to arrange their stay.
