Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme

An Initiation into Mathematics (InitMath) Programme will be organized at Manipal University Jaipur, Rajasthan during January 06 – 11, 2025.

Academic programme

There will be courses in Foundations, Linear Algebra and Real Analysis. The courses will be taught by highly experienced faculty in MTTS teaching methodology.

Eligibility

Second year undergraduate students with mathematics as one of their main subjects are eligible. Students from Rajasthan and the neighbouring states will be given preference.

Registration Fee

There is no registration fee for the programme.

Selection

The selection will be on merit, based on consistent and good academic records and recommendation by a mathematics teacher.

All the participants will be provided with local hospitality and study material. Accommodation will be provided for the outstation participants. Outstation participants will also be provided with Government (non-AC) bus fare/Sleeper class train fare whichever is the least on production of original tickets.
