A Mini MTTS Programme will be organized at Sri Vasavi College, Erode during December 3-8, 2018.
Participants will be provided with food and study materials. Further, outstation participants will be provided with lodging free of cost. Outstation participants will be paid sleeper class train fare or equivalent bus fare.
Academic programme
There will be courses in Foundations, Linear Algebra, Real Analysis, Number Theory/Combinatorics. The faculty will be active mathematicians with a commitment to teaching and from various leading institutions. The aim of the instructions is not to give routine lectures but to stimulate the participants to think and discover mathematical results.
Eligibility
Second year undergraduate students with Mathematics as one of their main subjects. Exceptionally bright first year students also may apply.
