Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme

A PTMT Programme will be organized at Tezpur University, Assam during December 25 – 30, 2019.

Participants will be provided with local hospitality. Accommodation for selected outstation participants is available at Scholars Hostels in Tezpur University.

Outstation participants will be provided Government bus fare/3 Tier AC /Sleeper class train sleeper return fare whichever is the less on production of original tickets

Eligibility

Any mathematics teacher, teaching in UG/PG departments. Preference will be given to young teachers from the Institutions in the North East Region.

Selection

Total number of participants is restricted to 40.

How to reach the Venue

The nearest railway station is the Rangapara North Railway Station. As the number of train or flight to Tezpur is very limited, a good option to reach Tezpur will be, reach Guwahati first by a train or flight. Take bus to Tezpur (good quality buses ply all through day). Takes around 4 hours.
