A Mini MTTS Programme will be organized at Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College, Sector-3, Dwarka, New Delhi – 110078 during 12.03.2020 – 17.03.2020.
Participants will be provided with local hospitality and study material. Limited accommodation for selected outstation participants is available at college guest house/hostel.
Outstation participants will be provided Government bus fare/Sleeper class train sleeper return fare which ever is the least on production of original tickets.
Eligibility
Second year undergraduate students with Mathematics as one of their main subjects. Exceptionally bright first year students also may apply. Students from the DELHI and neghbouring states(Uttar Pradesh and Haryana) will be given preference.
Selection
Selection would be based on merit and recommendation from teachers.
Academic programme
There will be courses in Foundations, Linear Algebra and Real Analysis. .

About the Institute
Deen Dayal Upadhyaya College is one of the leading educational institution established in 1990 in Karampura Campus. It was shifted to new campus in Dwarka in 2016. It is affiliated to University of Delhi. It is one of the few colleges in University of Delhi who has received “DBT Star College Scheme” of Ministry of Science and Technology, Government of India. Almost all the major branches of undergraduate studies are available in the college. The department of Mathematics is one of the oldest department which offers B.Sc. Honours Mathematics, B.Sc. in Mathematical sciences (Operation research) and courses of B.Sc. Programmes. Department is also involved in teaching mathematical elective courses of other departments. Department has 13 faculty members. Most of the faculty members are active in research. Department is Nodal Center of Delhi NCR Region (including Haryana) for Madhava Mathematics Competition (HBCSE, TIFR).

How to reach the venue
By metro – Dwarka Mor metro station is nearest to the college. It’s on blue line. The e-rickshaws are commonly used to cover rest of the distance and take a fare of 10/- to drop you at the college entrance gate from metro station.
Nearby main railway station – New Delhi Railway Station (from there one can easily come by metro. New Delhi metro to Rajiv Chawk and then Rajiv chowk to Dwarka Mor)
