Mathematics Training and Talent Search Programme

A PTMT Programme will be organized at National Institute of Technology Warangal (NITW) Warangal, Telangana during December 29, 2025 to January 03, 2026.

Eligibility

Any mathematics teacher, teaching in UG/PG departments. Preference will be given to young teachers from Telangana and neighbouring states.

Selection

Selection will be based on the details provided in the application, and the recommendation received online. Only selected candidates will be informed of their selection by December 10, 2025. The list of selected candidates will also be posted at this webpage.

Participants will be provided with local hospitality. Limited accommodation for selected outstation participants is available at the hostels of NIT Warangal (sharing basis). Outstation participants will be provided Government bus fare/3 Tier AC /Sleeper class train return fare which ever is the least on production of original tickets.

Registration Fee

There is no registration fee for participating in this programme.

How to reach NIT Warangal

• By Air: Hyderabad is the nearest Airport from Warangal. Take a train or a cab to our campus, which takes around two and half hours by road and two hours by rail.
• By Rail : Kazipet (3 kms) / Warangal (12 kms) are the nearest railheads. Many trains pass through Kazipet junction, which is generally preferred.
• By Road : NIT Warangal is 2.5 hrs drive by cab on Hyderabad – Warangal National Highway number-202.
